Law Office LEDGE is Japan's first law firm specializing in public interest litigation, where lawyers work full-time on human rights cases. Public interest litigation seeks to reform societal systems and norms through the judicial process. We collaborate with various professionals, including campaigners and researchers, to build a better society.

Since our founding in November 2023, we have already filed four public interest lawsuits, with two more scheduled for filing. As we expand, we are now looking to hire one new lawyer.

In this recruitment session, we will explain our mission, the specific nature of our work, and our unique approach to public interest litigation. This is a great opportunity to learn firsthand how LEDGE impacts society and challenges the status quo through the judiciary. There will also be a Q&A session at the end, so feel free to ask any questions you may have.

The session will be held online, so even if you have just a little interest, feel free to join!
